Medical Qualifications
Mr Rohit T Madhav qualified from St George's Hospital Medical School and the University of London with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree. He went on to be awarded a specialist fellowship for trauma and orthopaedics from the Royal College of Surgeons. He is a qualified instructor on the advanced trauma life support programme (ATLS).
Medical Experience
Mr Madhav has extensive experience in complex trauma, in particular, foot and ankle surgery. He has published in a number of Orthopaedic journals and reference books and has been invited to lecture on a number of courses. Mr Madhav was a team doctor to the NFL when they were playing in London, and works closely with ballet and dance, performing arts, and other sports professionals.
Mr Madhav is a member of the British Orthopaedic Association, the British Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society, the Royal Society of Medicine, the British Medical Association and the American Association Of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Mr Madhav was a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at University College London Hospital for over 7 years and is currently a Consultant and Partner at The London Orthopaedic Clinic. He is available for private patients at The Princess Grace Hospital.
He specialises in the treatment of foot and ankle problems such as arthritis, trauma/fractures, bunions and other toe problems, and sports injuries. He is an expert in arthroscopic surgery, joint replacement, ligament and tendon reconstruction, and Minimally Invasive surgery (MIS).
