Medical Qualifications
Mr Leye Ajayi graduated from King’s College London before completing his higher surgical training on the South Thames rotation, and Guy’s and St Thomas’s Hospital, London. He was awarded a Fellowship in Endourology from Brisbane, Australia and Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (Urology) in 2004. Mr Ajayi was awarded an MD for his prostate cancer research at the University of London in 2006.
Medical Experience
He is a member of the British Association of Urological Surgeons and a Member of the European Urological Association. Mr Ajayi is a consultant urological surgeon at the Royal Free Hospital, London, the Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth, London and the Wellington Hospital, London. His main subspecialisation is in the management of urinary stone disease and he has a clinical interest in the management of benign prostatic hyperplasia and andrology. He specialises in minimally invasive treatments and regularly performs green light laser prostatectomy and blue light endoscopic resection for bladder cancers.
